Santa's little helpers at Orli...

We know it's far too early to be talking about Christmas but without Santa's little helpers here at Orli there wouldn't be any presents for Santa to deliver under the tree! We have been going non-stop lately to get all of the pieces of jewellery finished in time for Christmas. At Orli we work directly with many European designers but did you know that we make and hand-finish our jewellery too?

Each piece of Orli Jewellery is adorned with high quality materials such as water pearls, semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals. We think this makes our jewellery that little bit more special and is a perfect gift for yourself or that special someone! We have taken some photos for you to have a look at some of the tools and materials we use when making our jewellery.

The most important tools in jewellery making are the pliers. Jewellery makers buy them in different shapes and they are used for a variety of functions such as crimping and cutting the jewellery. When we're making the pearl bracelet we use them for making openings and closings in the loops.

Without these tools we would not have been able to make our beautiful water pearl charm bracelet which we absolutely love!
